
KAPAP
KAPAP training is not a traditional martial art. There are no forms (katas), rules or set combinations to attacks. Instead, KAPAP uses a combination of several fighting styles including boxing, judo and jiu-jitsu to teach a modernized and unique self-defence system of punches, kicks, chokeholds, bear hugs, headlocks, and grabs to protect you from multiple attackers and assailants armed with firearms, edged weapons or blunt objects.
KAPAP's training methods will not only challenge you physically, but also instil a mental discipline to strengthen your spirit and develop an ability to deal with violent confrontations under extreme stress. KAPAP's practical approach to self-defence will make you safer and more secure.
KAPAP training is suitable for all ages and all levels of students. From civilians to policemen, soldiers, security and bodyguards, a training course can be designed specifically for you.
