In our Cardio program you will kick and punch your way to a more sculpted, and leaner physique. Our classes will build strength, burn fat, increase stamina, and build confidence by working out to the beat of heart pumping music. This is one workout that appeals to people of all ages and fitness levels.
Kickboxing
If you’re looking for a workout that’s going to get your mind and body pumped this is the program for you!
In our kickboxing programs you will learn how to train as a fighter while having the option of a contact or non contact program. In these classes you will learn basic angels, footwork, kicking, punching, and countering techniques.
