Weapons Training Program (Ages 8+)
Our Weapons Training Program introduces students to traditional martial arts weapons in a safe, structured, and age-appropriate environment. Classes focus on control, coordination, discipline, and confidence while teaching students how to train responsibly and respectfully with martial arts weapons.
This program is designed to complement our regular martial arts training and is perfect for students who want to deepen their skills and take on a new challenge.

Fridays | 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Ages 8 and up
Weapons Covered
Students will train in four traditional weapons, each taught as its own structured module:
Bo Staff
Kali Sticks
Nunchucks
Sword
Each weapon has its own curriculum, techniques, drills, and a dedicated form.
Structured Progression
Every weapon includes:
A weapon-specific form (kata)
Fundamental handling, footwork, and striking patterns
Controlled drills and partner work (age and level appropriate)
Clear safety rules and training etiquette
Students progress at their own pace, building skill and confidence before advancing.
Skill Testing & Patches
When a student demonstrates proficiency and successfully completes a skills test for a weapon, they earn a weapon-specific achievement patch.
One patch per weapon
Patches recognize technical skill, control, and understanding
Encourages goal-setting, focus, and responsibility
Students can work toward earning all four weapon patches over time.
Membership & Pricing
This class is available as an add-on to existing memberships only
Additional cost: $50 per month
Students must be enrolled in a regular martial arts program to participate.
